Gerrard's tenure with Liverpool featured 710 appearances, culminating in nine trophies. In a recent interview, he revealed, "There were indeed several international clubs expressing interest in me, many of which were linked to Mourinho, such as Inter and Real Madrid, and it wasn't a one-time occurrence. Additionally, around the time Schweinsteiger departed from Bayern, discussions with my agent regarding the matter were also held."
